In Snowdrops we follow your current routine at home with regard to feeding and sleep times creating a home from home environment.
We have a cot room for those babies who need darkness and quiet as well as coracles for babies who like to sleep with noise around them. For feed times we can sterilise bottles if you wish to leave them here. Whilst we provide all food, water and cows milk you will need to provide your own formula or breast milk.
The room is set out into different areas for the babies to explore such as the cosy area for stories and singing as well as the home corner where they can explore real food and utensils. The equipment is low level and easily accessible for the babies to explore with messy activities taking place on the tables.
Your baby will have a key person who will form a bond with your child carrying out weekly observations on our system Tapestry.
We ask parents to provide adequate outdoor clothing a footwear as the babies do go outside at least once a day. Each week Malcolm visits the room as well as Bluebells and Little Acorns to carry out a music and movement session which all the children absolutely love!
